How to collect system log of Mercusys App

System Log is critical for further analysis of the problem. This article introduces the steps to collect the system log of the Mercusys App. If necessary, please follow these steps to send it to Mercusys technical support:

 

1. Launch the Mercusys APP and log in, tap the three lines icon at the upper left corner of the Mercusys app, and then select Help.

Locate the icon at the upper left corner of the Network page.  Display the Help button in the App.

2. Tap “E-mail us”, then check the box for “Share app logs with Halo to better diagnose your problems.’’ and tap Send.

Note: If you have previously contacted Mercusys technical support, please attach your reference number, such as email TKIDXXX, in the “Tell us your problem” option.

Locate the “E-mail us” button in the bottom right corner of the Help page.  Display the App Feedback page.
