The products of Mercusys may partly contain software code developed by third parties, including software code subject to the GNU General Public Licence (“GPL“), Version 1/Version 2/Version 3 or GNU Lesser General Public License("LGPL"). You may use the respective software condition to following the GPL license terms. GPL code is generic and we only provide English versions for global users. Also, GPL@mercusys.com only provides English service for related GPL requests.

In order to comply with the terms of the GPL Mercusys (“Mercusys” in this context referring to the Mercusys entity offering respective software for download or being responsible for the distribution of products that contain respective code) provides, by itself or with the support of third parties, mail service of a machine-readable copy of the corresponding GPL source code on CD-ROM upon request via email or traditional paper mail. Further information is provided with the relevant products or the software. With this GPL Code-Center Mercusys provides for a free download of copies of the respective machine-readable source code of the software which is subject to the GPL and contained in Mercusys products. The respective programs are distributed WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
