BT email users not receiving MERCUSYS account activation and password reset emails

We've recently heard from our users about BT Email users are experiencing difficulties in receiving MERCUSYS account activation and password reset emails. Our investigation revealed that BT has blocked emails originating from MERCUSYS's domain. MERCUSYS is currently in contact with BT to address the blocking issue and restore normal email delivery.
Suggestion:
If you are unable to receive registration emails, you may temporarily create an account with a different email service, which will ensure the successful receipt of MERCUSYS account activation and password reset emails, such as Gmail or Hotmail.
In the same time, users are recommended to proactively reach out to BT's support team for assistance. They can provide guidance and address any potential email filtering or blocking settings that might affect the delivery of MERCUSYS emails.
