How to create an account on MERCUSYS Product Registration System

1. Go to https://myproducts.mercusys.com/ and click “SIGN UP”.

2. Follow the onscreen steps to provide an email address, create a password, check the box “I agree to Mercusys’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy” and then click ‘SIGN UP’.

3. An activation email will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive it, please check the spam or junk folder. You can also verify that your email address is correct and click "Resend" if needed.

4. Check your mailbox for an activation email from Mercusys and finish the activation within one hour.

After you activate your account, you can sign in to the Mercusys Product Registration System with your new Mercusys ID.
