這裡我們來介紹一下取得 MERCUSYS 攝影機日誌的方法。

1) 將 microSD 卡插入攝影機。

2) 開啟 MERCUSYS App，點選攝影機頁面的管理圖示進入攝影機即時影像頁面，點選即時影像頁面右上角的圖示進入裝置設定頁面，點選進階設定並開啟診斷功能。日誌檔案將保存在 SD 卡上。

Go to the Advanced Settings on the Device Settings. Go to the Diagnose to enable it, and the log will be stored on the SD card. Enable the Diagnostics.

3) 讓攝影機運作一段時間並等待問題再次出現。

4) 將 SD 卡插入電腦的 SD 卡插槽或透過 SD 卡轉接器將其連接到電腦。

5) 取得 SD 卡上名為 ‘diagnose_log’ 的日誌檔。
