How to add a new Halo network through the Mercusys App

In the Mercusys app, you can create different networks with your Mercusys ID and manage them conveniently from the Mercusys app with one account.

Method 1. Create a network from the homepage

1. Open the Mercusys app. Go to the Network tab, tap +, and select Add a Device.

2. Select Set it up to create a new network.

3. Search for and select the device and model you want to set up. Then, follow the app instructions to complete the setup.

Method 2. Create a network from the Menu page

1. Open the Mercusys app. Swipe right to open the menu and tap on it.

2. Tap Create New Network.

3. Search for and select the device and model you want to set up. Then, follow app instructions to complete the setup.
