What can I do if I forget my password of Halo account?

If you forget your password for Halo, please follow the steps below.

1. Please go to the Mercusys app and go to the login page. Click the “Forget Password?” to find your password.

2. Then you will see the Password Reset page, please type in the Email address.

3. After you enter the email address, you can check if you receive the password reset instruction.

4. Find the email and click the “Click to Reset Password”.

5. Enter your New Password and Save.

6. After that, you can use your new password to enter the Halo.
