Cannot detect the wireless signal of Wi-Fi6/Wi-Fi6E/Wi-Fi7 Mercusys products(Router/Range Extender/Halo Mesh WiFi)

We have started launching our Wi-Fi6/Wi-Fi6E/Wi-Fi7 class wireless products. However, some Intel WLAN adapters with old drivers cannot detect the wireless signal of our Mercusys routers. We recommend that you upgrade the latest driver for your adapter if you are experiencing the issue.

• Note: Intel AC7265 Family (Rev.C)/AC3160/AC7260 adapters have been End-of-Life (EOL) and drivers are no longer available. We suggest you contact the technical support of Intel or find the driver through a third-party website.
