How to register a product on MERCUSYS Product Registration System

1. Visit https://myproducts.mercusys.com/ and log in with your Mercusys ID.

You can use the account that has been created on the MERCUSYS App to log in to this system or sign up for a new account by referring to How to create an account on the Mercusys Product Registration System

2. Go to My Products and click "+ Register a Product”.

The web screen displays the Register a Product button at the top left.

3. Follow the onscreen steps to enter the Serial Number, Proof of purchase, and Place of Purchase. Proof of purchase is optional; if you don't have it ready, you can upload it later.

a) When the system recognizes the serial number, the model will automatically populate.

b) If the system does not recognize the serial number, you can choose "Confirm to Submit this S/N" to continue product registration.

Locate the option to Confirm to Submit this S/N in the product registration process.

c) If the device has no serial number, such as the USB adapter, you can choose “No Serial Number?” to continue product registration.

Locate the option No Serial Number? in the product registration process.

4. Check the box "I understand and agree to the terms and conditions of the Mercusys Warranty Policy" and submit the product registration information.

You can view the status of the registered products under “My Products”. Clicking a specific model from the list, you will see the details of this product.

The products list under My Products displays the product status.
