Top-notch R&D

Since its establishment, MERCUSYS has remained dedicated to independent R&D, a cornerstone of our success. We now have 3 R&D centers, over 100 laboratories, and an R&D team with more than 10 years of industry experience. This infrastructure enables full-link control from chip to machine and operating system to software platform.

In the initial design phase of every product, our expert hardware engineers utilize advanced simulation techniques like electromagnetic, thermal, and signal integrity simulation for meticulous verification design. This approach guarantees exceptional hardware with high reliability, superior performance, low cost, and ease of production.

Our software team is dedicated to developing proprietary operating systems, software platforms, and software features, focusing on improving product stability and ease of use to provide the best user experience. Currently, MERCUSYS has incorporated the industry's most extensive capabilities into our embedded software platform, such as VPN server, game acceleration, IoT control, and WPA3 network security. Additionally, we have a separate MERCUSYS app for users to control their devices more easily and intelligently.

Advanced Manufacturing

MERCUSYS operates independent manufacturing centers staffed by experienced production engineers and automated production lines. The manufacturing base's spatial layout and production line structure are designed and constructed according to international standards with industry-leading production and testing equipment.

Furthermore, we have comprehensive supporting facilities, including an Injection Molding Plant, Connector Plant, Power Adapter Plant, and Antenna Plant. These are integral to our production ecosystem.

The Injection Molding Plant leverages cutting-edge technology and expert craftsmanship to transform raw materials into durable, precisely crafted plastic components with aesthetic appeal. At the Antenna Plant, antennas are meticulously designed to ensure seamless wireless communication, with a focus on optimizing signal strength and minimizing interference. The Connector Plant produces high-quality connectors that guarantee stable, reliable connections within our products. Meanwhile, the Power Adapter Plant delivers dependable power sources, incorporating features such as overvoltage protection for enhanced safety and performance.

Rigorous Testing

At MERCUSYS, quality control is a steadfast commitment that influences every production stage. Each product leaving our assembly lines undergoes rigorous testing before it departs from our factory.

We take pride in our advanced testing facilities, featuring test beds equipped with cutting-edge technology for complex assessments. Complementing this infrastructure are numerous carefully designed test cases covering all aspects of functionality, performance, and durability to ensure perfection. Our automated testing operates around the clock to maintain the highest standards without interruption.

Our procedure accurately replicates complex and extreme environmental conditions. Key tests include the Extreme Environment Test, which subjects products to temperature extremes and humidity variations; the Memory Stress Test that evaluates memory management under heavy loads; and the Aging Test simulating long-term usage to identify potential issues over time. The Drop Test assesses structural integrity by dropping products from specific heights onto various surfaces. Additionally, the Customer Usage Simulation Test mimics typical user interactions to provide insights into everyday performance.

For example, the MR80X router has endured over 1,500 hours of UES stability tests, 10,000 power on/off tests, 7,200 hours of extreme environment tests, 100 vibration tests, 30 drop tests, and 900,000 memory stress tests. This ensures its smooth use in various conditions and high durability before shipment.
